Trowbridge Museum audience development plan

I’ve been appointed to create an audience development plan for Trowbridge Museum, a museum that tells the stories of the market town and its deeply rooted history with the regional woollen cloth production, from its location in the last working woollen cloth mill in the town.

The project will involve a series of research and consultation activities with existing and potential audiences to identify barriers, motivations and opportunities for deepened engagement and growing audiences.
