Audience development programme for Museum Development Midlands

I’m about to kick off a new audience development and marketing programme for Museum Development Midlands (MDM) involving the delivery of a package of three training webinars and a series of 1-2-1 online surgery slots for representatives from museums from the region. The project will run between September 2025 and January 2026.

It builds on similar work I did with MDM last year to support training priorities which had been identified through a skills needs analysis and evaluation data, under MDM’s Inclusivity and Relevance programme.
