Training delivery for archives in Wales

The Archive and Records Council Wales (ARCW) has asked me to deliver three online training sessions to provide support around audience development in February to March 2026. The sessions will cover:

  • How to create an audience development plan

  • How to collect and use data to understand and engage existing and new audiences

  • An introduction to monitoring and evaluation
