Training delivery for Museums Galleries Scotland

I’ve just delivered a webinar to over 30 participants for Museums Galleries Scotland on Unlocking audience insights: Making the most of data. The session explored how to use research, consultation and evaluation to better understand our users and non-users, and what to do with this data.

I provided context with an overview of sector audience data and broader consumer trends, shared a simple data collection framework, discussed various methods and their pros and cons, highlighted a range of examples from organisations across the country and talked about being pragmatic and proportionate in what you do.
